Contrary to predictions and leaks, it was not a bear, but the taciturn Vintovkin himself.
Has Draguch’s gameplay changed?? Why is a brick mug so appropriate?? When Seryozhka managed to join the Lin Kuei? Let’s figure it out!
Intro – character
Dressed like any other special forces soldier on leave – stylish, simple and warm on the knees. And the face!
Let me remind you of this face of a 27 year old man. The bosses looked at him and immediately sent him on vacation!
Now I understand why he was gone for so long. Seryoga literally crawled into Tekken 8, just as he crawled into Tekken 7 before.
First combo
wr2 > qcb4 > 21df4
Poor Raven immediately eats wr2 with blue sparks. Dredge without "while running 2" is the same as cola without gas – some kind of bullshit. So Harada decided to show it to us right away.
And the sparks add a little nerdiness (to have something to brag about during recess), like King with his Giant Swing (f hcf+1) or wr2+4.
Further. Catches a ninja on a step to the side with a powerful blow to the legs, the so-called “power low”, or in common parlance “oh, it hurts in the leg”. Similar to the attack of Fakhkumram db4 or Migelevsky “rubbish” b df4.
Continues 21 in crouch dash (qcf) 4 with armor properties. The mechanics are not new for Drag, in crouch dash it displays pressing df after f3 for example. And of the mentioned 21, only continuations are now possible – 214 and 213. The knee attack is similar to a mixture of his crouch dash 4 into a multi-move, but now with armor, and on wr4. The blow sends Raven straight to the dole.
For Dragunov, as a fundamental character, pokes (poke) are very important, if you don’t press buttons to meet his blows, especially in wr2, then all he can do is rely on movements and maingames (read – cunning). And plus kicks to the legs, additional transitions to crouch dashes and, as a result, mix-ups can help him better control the match.
Second combo
d2 > fc df14df4 > qcf3
Starts the next attack with a classic d2 – another “bread and salt” of the game for Dragunov, and remains in a crouch to continue – everything is the same in Tekken 7. Then he performs new attacks – fc df14. Judging by the animation, it gives the same effect as "wall crush", that is, it will give advantages near the wall, like the current ff3.
Again the transition to a crouch dash and 3 to a counter hit, the animation and properties on the counter hit have not changed.
Low mid shots look interesting. Especially if it’s a natural series, like Lily’s (d12). Having such a tool in your arsenal is always useful, especially with the transition to crouch dash.
Third combo
ws2 > f43 > df3+4 > https://lotterygamescasino.co.uk/bonus/ 314
Good Raven gives Dragunov -15 and Seryozhka thanks him via ws2. He can do this now.
A new series of kicks f43 spins, and once again kicks df3+4 into a corkscrew – a move that was not particularly used before has now found its place in beating Raven.
Regular series 314 as finishing blows. The current Seryoga can do the same.
Fourth combo
b42df2 > wr 4 > d32 1+2
The b42 series again flows into crouch dash – now only b421 and b421+2 are available, but without transition. qcf2 slams him to the wall – the blow is the same: he launched it and smashed it against the wall.
wr4 performs from the spot, the animation of the blow, which migrated to qcf4, destroys the poor ninja with a stylish series and smashes him against the wall again! Capture with repeated repayment, this has never happened before.
In Tekken 7 you could either start a combo against a wall with a grab or end with it. And Draguch made the capture and also finished off with the new d32 1+2, an improved version of the d34 series.
Dragunov’s damage against the wall was modest by Tekken 7 standards, but with what we were shown, Harada seems to have solved this problem. One thing I can say for sure is that I wouldn’t want to be in Raven’s place.
Whether all these series with the transition to crouch provide a guaranteed mixup or it can be interrupted (for example with a dikjeb) is unclear, but keeping in mind the main theme of Tekken 8 – aggression – it will become easier for Drag to press, threatening with powerful medium blows and grabs.
After all, as the great Alexander Sergeevich wrote:
Intersection
When Victor pronounces his phrase, Drag does not indulge in lengthy thoughts, does not sarcastically or snap, but without unnecessary emotions and words, calculates his next step.
And, yes, it seems to me that the title “White Angel of Death” could be reconsidered, it sounds like the nickname of a third grader in Cal Of Duty or some boss from Elder Ring, but looking into those icy eyes, I want to reconsider, except maybe my will.
Fifth combo
db3 > qcf4 > 41 > 2 > 2+3 > f443 > f1+2 > ff3
Avoids Victor with his db3 snakeage – a move from Tekken 7 that produced an additional animation on a counter strike. But if earlier on a “clean hit” (at close range) db3 was knocked down by a combination, now it immediately spins.
Continues into armored knee – qcf4. Next episode 41 and buys himself some time with jab 2 – not much has changed here. Turns up the heat 2+3, with armored strike animation 1+2. Through f443 it reaches the wall – everything is the same, everything is the same. Breaks with an elbow f1+2 – the animation has not changed from Tekken 7, and the wall literally explodes. We were shown this mechanic back in the trailer levels of Brian and Azucena with her coffee skulls.
Drag ends the series with a simple ff3 – which retains its homing properties.
The combo turned out to be very powerful, I hope the Drag Mainers are happy.
And Victor’s boots have a secret – I’m sure, if anything, it’s him who’s chasing the beer!
Sixth combo
Draguch realizes his advantages after the knee with the b43 technique, unlike the same in Tekken 7, now it is a hit engager. After a dash, he destroys the pensioner with a 2+3 hit smash, roughly but effectively! Just like a siphon enema!
Seventh combo
43 > d1+3 > fc df1 1+2 1
43 on a counter punch leaves Victor in a squat, which Seryozha immediately takes advantage of, performing a medium grip with a transition to heat. The animation of 43 is similar to the old one, but he used to simply drive into the floor, for the guarantor d3+4, and now the knockdown has changed to a crouch, but with the release of a throw, which is made in the likeness of a trick with db31+2, or a grab on a sitting d1+3 (2+4). Mechanically, it’s the same as King’s, and let me remind you that in Tekken 8 medium throws cannot be broken. It’s a small thing, but it’s nice!
While in the heat of the moment, he makes a new low punch with his hand (fc df1) and then tackles, and there is something interesting here!
Firstly, judging by the sound, the tackle spends a charge of heat, like Mishim electricians, or King’s jog.
Secondly, the tackle was aimed at Victor walking to the side, which is difficult to do in Tekken 7, but possible.
Thirdly, the sparks hint that the mechanics of the transition to the ground are like from the old taxiway – and you can’t break it! This is confirmed by a flash, as on throws in counter.
Fourthly, I don’t know how Heihachi is doing, but Victor was “completely dead” after such a capture, the crunch of his neck could be heard even in Zimbabwe!
Eighth combo
qcf3+4 > 44 > fc df14df2 > f3df1+2
Starts with a new counter from crouch dash qcf3+4, a move similar to Jin’s df4, or Lee Chaoba’s b4, with the same properties. Here that includes the heat.
Twists 44 with his legs, the usual "skrew" attack for Drag, and again this fc df14 series with blue sparks? What does it give? Ay dont know. But it looks nice.
Next, move to cd2 elbow, and finish with the foot f3 and the shoulder ws1+2. The same as now.
